Friends, my Canadian PR Card expired October 2012. I haven't been to Canada since working in UAE. Now want to visit Canada for tourism. Should I apply for Visitor Visa or must first go through process of revoking a 4.6 yrs expired PR? If former is more direct, any other copies I must include in the Visitor Application like copies of PR Card, previous expired passport..? Thanks
