Previous express entry application without a UCI number

Dear All,

I applied last year for the express entry application, and after one year, my application was expired. Now, I am trying to apply again. Through the application, it asks for "Have u applied to express entry before or not?", when I say "YES", it asks for the UCI number. However, I checked all the documents that I received online and even I still have access to my old profile to view it, but the UCI number is empty. What can I do in such a situation?
Please advice!
