I have lived in Australia for 14 months and came back to India for 2 months and then again went back to Australia for 2 months and returned to India for good. So what should be the "To" date for the previous countries of residence? should I say a total of 18 months or just 14 months?
16 months. Residence in your native country not to be counted here.
Say for example, I stayed in Australia from Oct 2008 - Dec 2009, then in India from Dec 2009 - Feb 2010, and then back in Australia from Feb 2010 - April 2010 and back to India after that.
In the generic application form IMM0008, point # 12, what should be the end date in this case?

Hi Daniel,
For IMM0008 you need to show only the period you stayed in Australia for more than 6 months one time means - Australia from Oct 2008 - Dec 2009. You need not show the next stay being it is for less than 6 months.
in your first post I thought you are asking about your travel details. You did not say for which form it is. Sorry for your confusion
