Shoild i answer NO
If I answer YES
I have to have letter for police clearance?
Thank you for advice
Best regard
Boon
Sorry i forget the tell.
I got police clearance from Thailand ready.
I need another one if I'm answer Yes on above question?
You should say yes because even though you haven't made continuos stay of 6 months any time, you were frequently travelling for work in Cambodia since 2010. So you need to get a PCC from Cambodia too.
I agree with this -- just get one from Phnom Penh, even though it's a nuisance. I'm from the United States, and I had to get a clearance from every state where I lived for more than 6 months. For 5 summers I worked in New York State for 3 months each time -- total of 15 months, but never 6 months at once. My lawyer said just do it to be safe. For Cambodia, because your passport shows many entries, it is probably more important.

Thank you very much for all recommend.
I have to do PCC from Cambodia.
why I setup this topic i want to know from others idea if I can skip.
coz the fee here is so expensive coz am I a foreigner i have to pay nearly a 1k USD.
It's depend on governor require i have to pass for 3 government office to get PCC.
Anyway i think i have to do...thank you for all.
Because you did not stay for 6 months at a time, you could try sending in your application without the Cambodian police certificate. In my opinion, the visa officer will ask for one - but I don`t think they will reject the application because it is missing, nor will they send it back from Mississauga. So if the VO does not request it, you will have saved some money; if they do want it, they will most likely give you the chance to get it later.
Thank you Canadainwoman

Till now I still not access yet.
I got form from ministry of Justice for local officer confirm my status.
The local officer tell me..they have not authority to sign this form.
Have to go to immigration officer.
Immigration officer on local told they have not authorize have to go to head office.
After got confirm my status from head office immigration i will bring that to local officer again.
What kind of this system?
after i got for local officer confirm my status i don't know the ministry of justice want thing from me more.
Not want to imagination
I have no idea....why so difficult?
If I were having a lot of difficulty in getting a police certificate when I was not sure it was even really necessary, I would just send in the application without it and hope for the best. Then while waiting I would continue to try to get the police certificate in case the visa officer asks for it later.
