I just found that my score just increased in preview of scores than it was during the submission after the ITA in application to PR.
It shows up as 463 instead of 454.
Could someone please guide me through.
The educational score during submission was 128, but 135 now.

Sounds to me like you selected different educational equivalents pre- and post-ITA. 128 points is for "two or more degrees or diplomas", while 135 points is for a master's degree.

I did masters in India, which was evaluated as bachelors by WES. I mentioned it while making express entry profile. When i make a residency application it is just asking me the degrees, not the evaluated level in Canada. Should i just mark it as bachelors again?

same issue here ... other thread suggesting this is a system issue which considers actual degree after ITA but ECA equivalent degree before ITA which causes the points raise. So what did you guys do?
Happened to me. It was cause the system was calculating points based on degree mentioned in the form rather than on ECA assessment. You should not worry about it as that score is for preview purposes and it will be calculated manually by CIC after AOR.
I submitted the eAPR, and my case is in process. Hoping for a positive response soon.
