Presently not working and interested in NOC 4021 i.e. college & vocational ins

Hello to all
I am interested to apply for express entry under the NOC 4021 i.e. college and vocational instructors.
My Profile:
I have B.Tech(CSE) from India 2013 pass out. One year work experience as Lecturer in a polytechnic college 2013 to 2014.
Presently I am in Australia doing my MS in IT( in my 1st year).
My Query:
Can I apply for express entry if I am currently not working and am a student??

To be accepted into the pool of applicants, you would have to have a full 12 months of experience, and meet the other requirements of the Federal Skilled worker program (including the Language exam and credentials assessment).

And even if your profile is accepted into the pool, there's no guarantee that you will receive an invitation to apply.

Except for the cost of the exam and credentials assessment, it's free to submit the EE profile, tho...
