Hello,I am B.E. T.Y. student currently in 6th sem,i want to apply in University of Waterloo for Fall in take of 2019 . But at the end of the application deadline,i ll only have result of 6 sems and my consultant is suggesting me to avoid sending half application. Is it so that universities doesn't accept until and unless applicant doesn't have a complete transcript.

PS:I have already appeared for TOEFL and currently working SOP and LOR.
