Me and my wife has started preparing for IELTS.
I am very good at english, given that I regularly communicate to my clients abroad.
But still I want to clear my fundamentals of english, I am looking for which books should I refer.
I need book suggesions, not for just IELTS exam guides and format, but to grasp the grammer and fundamentals of english.
Thanks

It's grammar ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH
Things you absolutely need:
1)Newspaper (My suggestion would be Hindu)
2)A dictionary (Use a book rather than the internet)
3)A notebook to write down all the new words you come across
4)Read more books (Preferably of writers like Arthur Conan Doyle, P.G.Wodehouse, H.G.Wells etc)
5)Go through any IELTS prep book so that you would be familiar with the structure ( I did this the night before the test and helped me somewhat)
6)For IELTS, preparation only helps so far. You either got it or you don't.
