Pregnant wife - super visa family size

If you are a pregnant how do you calculate family size? Pregnant wife is counted as 1 or 2 while calculating LICO?

Last year we were $1000 short on our NOA if we count our unborne child. But this year our annual household income is $100,000+. We can prove this with our paystubs and contracts. Its just that our NOA of last year is giving us a problem.

Should i count my unborne child while calculating LICO for supervisa for my parents?
