Pregnant Lady

I am processing all documents for primary application of immigration but my wife has become pregnant. So, do i have any scope to mention this pregnancy in primary application? Or should i wait to let CIC know until the time comes for medical checkup? will this pregnancy affect negatively on immigration officer to give me PR approval?

so does this applicant need to put settlement funds for 3 people right now itself?

Assuming that the applicant's wife delivers the baby and he informs cic that there is an additional member before lading in canada?

You might have to delay the medicals, because X-Rays are not allowed during pregnancy. And then after delivery u will have to add your newborn to the application which will delay your application but wont effect it. Ans yes you will be required to show more funds.
