Pregnant in federal background check stage

Hi guys,

My current application stage is in federal background check stage
(BCIP). I am principal applicant and the only person has CSQ certificate in my family.
I have also delivered my wife and my child's docs to Quebec and IRCC(federal gov).
My original goal is after I settled everything down in Quebec, I could get united with my family by
family sponsored process.

Today my wife told me that she might be pregnant and we went to local hospital to go with a whole check.
We will get the result later but the nurse can almost be sure the result is positive( we are waiting for
type B ultrasonic check later ).

So I am just want to know what the right actions should I do now?
I searched in IRCC website and was told to use webform to notify the pregnant fact to IRCC.
But when to notify IRCC and what docs should I deliver ? Only after birth of my child, I can deliver the notarized birth certifacte. If I have to notify IRCC now, I only have some local language medical examination result.

Another thing is do I need to notify Quebec too? and if yes, when and what docs I need to deliver?

I highly appreciate if you can share you experience or suggest Thank you guys in advance!

We just raised a simple CSE (case specific enquiry) and attached a LOE (letter of explaination) amd that was enough.

May I ask you when you raise CSE and attached a LOE? before or after birth of your child?
And after the birth of your child, have you had delivered notarized birth certificate to IRCC ?

We raised the cse and loe before the birth - our status just showed documents uploaded but we didnt recieve a direct email acknowledgement from CIC.
In the 8th month of pregnancy we recieved a notification to upload child's document. Which was quite early obviously...so we called CIC and told the agent of the delivery date etc we were told nlt to worry about the notification and just to upload baby's documents whenever they were ready.
We sent passport and birth cert, residential visa (we live out of our home country) with 2 pictures. Our status changed to documents being reviewed.
