We are in a peculiar situation. We got our PPR on 26-Oct-2021. The letter mentioned to inform about Pregnancy if any and Expected Due Date.
As my wife is 7 months pregnant, we initially informed NDVO that our Doctor has advised against travel and the expected EDD.
However, even after 4 emails and 2 web forms we did not receive a response. So finally we sent our passports along with a LOE which explained our inability to travel before the baby is born.
But we got an update on our profile on 27th November 2021 that the Application has been approved, counterfoil generated.
Wanted to know, what does it mean?
1) Does it mean we will not be able to add the baby to the same application once it is born? Or Should we mandatorily travel even though we are not able to?

You will get your COPR. Hopefully expiry date is after the birth. If that is the case you just need to add your child to your sponsorship application. You and your spouse may be asked to repeat your medicals if it has been a year since you did the first medical.
Yes, the expiry date is after the birth.
However, ours is EE application and not sponsorship. Hope we will be able to add it to the same application as we would not have landed by then.
