I am creating this topic for Pre- Test RQs (2011) still waiting for test invitation. My case details are as follows:
Applied : April 2011 (Mississauga Office)
In process: Dec. 2011
Pre-test RQ Received: April 2013 (Received from St. Clair Office)
RQ Submitted: May 2013
No test invitation yet.
No test to date. As per latest ATIP, last time, my application was updated on June 05, 2013. Only 1 line is mentioned that File referred to RQ queue.
I am still waiting for test invitation. Atleast, 15 times contacted my MP. He only provided info from ATIP. According to him, he can't help me in this situation. After 36 months, through call center, I requested specific information on my file. In response, in late July 2014, I received a letter with stereotype response that RQ is not yet reviewed.
I am also interested to file writ as my case pending since 33 month and now waiting
to complete the processing time.. once you find a good lawyer let me know the
name ..
Yes, my file was transferred to St. Clair in March 2013. My RQ was also issued from St. Clair.
I recently contacted one lawyer for W.M. According to him, W.M. rules have been revised from Aug. 01. Now, it is not very simple anymore. Furthermore, this will cost you more than $3,500/-. This amount is high for me.
Looks like I am sailing in the same boat.

Applied for citizenship: August 21st 2011 (Calgary)
Application Recieved: August 24th 2011
Application started processing: January 31 2012
RQ : December 5th 2012
Reply to RQ : December 28th 2012
Current Status : Still in process
Call center response on August 29th 2014: In queue to be reviewed.....
This appears to be a never ending case processing... Isn't it really frustating and annoying???
