Pre-PR Credit and Proof of Language

We all are happy that C-6 passed and its coming into effect right way.

I got PR in April 2014 and so far missing 51 days to complete 730 as PR resident. I want to take credit of my previous stay of 2012, 2013 and 2 months of 2014. But as they say 3 years in past 5 year. Does one loose credit of previous stay of that time freezes up for credit?

Language Proficiency - Does a person who did Masters from Canada needs to proof her language requirement.

it seems you are fine as per the new rules.
your 2012-2013 should you not take any vacation will provide the +1 year pre pr credit.
u can check using this http://www.canadavisa.com/citizenship-wizard.html.
It's not perfect but it will come close.
Language wise. you still need to send them your transcript.

Thanks for your reply and if this calculator is accurate and matches once cic updates its own. Then, its showing my eligibility by Aug 2017.

To your question, i have not been out of Canada for even single day for 2012-2013.Will appreciate, if you could respond.
