Hi! I would like to know from the applicants of pre june 2010 of different visa offices if you are also experiencing some delays like Manila V. O. Most applicants here are waiting for their visas and ppr more than 100days already. Do you have any idea/ speculations or information why this is happening? Please share it here. Thanks
