Pre Feb 2008 documents requests...Help a newbie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied in May 2007.In July 2009,I submitted updated documents as per the checklist.In November 2009,I submitted my Passport/RPRF/Medicals.

Are there pre feb 2008 receiving requests for PP/RPRF/Medicals all at once? Is it unusual for the old rules applicants to be asked to submit PP/RPRF/Medicals together? If no, how would an applicant take such a request for Passport.Is it a passport request (PPR) for visa stamping?? Do the visa office request passport just for some screening purposes,then return the passport to the applicant,only to ask it again during the PPR stage??

that's how they are operating now a days to save the time i guess. Expect to receive pps with visa in near future.

Now days CHC ask together PP/RPRF/ Medical to make processes fast. So you can expect if medical is OK they will stamp visa and will send you back.

Which Visa office did you apply to? In Asia, I think right now, Singapore office is up to 2007 applications.....

It seems that is the new trend to move things forward,which i think makes sense at least to cover up for the waiting years.Darkside and another guy are in the same situation with Accra.Am 05 and can't wait am very optimistic that my time is very close by.I wish you the best.Congratulations

Hi Ig,

Do you mean accra guys got requests for pp/RPRF/Medicals at once? If yes,then that's very good and it is positive that delays will be reduced immensely.How far your side? Got any responses from your visa office lately?
