On 8th of Feb I got a mail from IRCC saying that your interview has been cancelled and you need to do medical again as my previous medical has expired on Nov 2021. And yesterday I got pre arrival services letter.
So will I consider that after medical submission I will get PPR ? And if yes how much time it will take to get PPR ?

Noone knows how much time. It could be quick bit could also take some time.
 
I put up a file for PGP in 2021 for my parents and received one Pre-arrival Services letter with my father's UCI. He is the primary applicant of the file. I have not received for my mother.

Do you received one Pre-arrival Services Letter from IRCC for one file? or each applicant received their own Pre-arrival Services Letter? Please provide inputs.
