Hi ,
Today I have received pre arrival service letter for my spouse , however, we did not yet receive Medical request received, should I wait for MR or should I do upfront ? Pls guide me, thanks
 
Check the GCKey portal to make sure that you haven't missed the medical request. This happened to me. If you have missed it send a webform apologising and ask if they can resend.

My local panel physician was able to locate my IME and I managed to submit the medical within the timescale because of this.
