I receive Pre- Arrival Letter on December 24, 2020.
when should i expect to hear from them again?
 
I received pre arrival letter on 25th December 2020 but still waiting for the decision. I called they keep saying just wait. Pre arrival is only handed out to the files who have passed all criteria. I don’t know what’s the waiting for then. Did you call cic and ask?
