Practise in occupation

Looking for inputs on this question in EE profile:

Date XX first became qualified to practice in this occupation - so what should go for this question?

So the situation is this:

Completed Engineering from India in 2002....job NOC codes were 4163

completed MBA in june 2015...job noc code is 1122

to avoid confusion...i should say jun 2015....because i am only including my canadian degree only...

another confusion is :

i completed master in jun 2015..but got my work permit in sept 2015...so will it be jun or sept

Employment requirements
A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required.
Certification as a certified economic developer (Ec.D.) may be required.

So put the date you graduated your degree in one of those.

but i am planning to use 1122 and it says below for requirements...so i plan to put my MBA as graduate degreee in business is requirement...so should i put jun or sept 2015?

Well it says usually required. Just put the date you graduated uni.
