Hi All,
Please help/advise me to clear my doubt or tension.
I had applied for canada study visa in 2017, unfortunately, i got rejection with reason as not a bonafied student whereas i have studied with UGC approved university and under approved list of WES. Although, this year i had applied for express entry and got ITA and submitted documents as well. However, waiting confirmation for next step to get email to submit passport with VFS or embassy to get visa stamped on my passport.
I have thread in mind, my study visa refusal can impact PR Visa?

Please clarify your question. It's not clear.

No issues as long as you declared the study permit refusal in your EE application.

Is canada study visa refusal can impact while applying PR visa as i have already been done with ITA submission and waiting for all verification done and get the email for final step to submit passport for PR Visa?

I had not declared study visa refusal anywhere before getting ITA as could not have found any option. Expecting to disclose while submitting to get stamped on passport after all documents verification. Please advise if all i did correct or going to do?

Not necessarily. It depends on a few circumstances based on why you were rejected. From what you said previously I believe there wont be any impact on your PR application. As long as you have previously mentioned this on your application that you were previously denied a study permit. I would suggest you also consult with a consultant or a lawyer to get further feedbacks. Or you can also approach
@legalfalcon who is a revered councilor in this forum and a lawyer himself. Hope that helps.

Your post is a bit confusing. In your first message, you said that you've already received ITA and submitted the application / documents. In this application, you should have declared the refusal.

You needed to declare the refusal in the application you submitted post ITA. If you failed to do that and don't correct this error, your application is going to be refused.
If I understand your question correctly:
1. You were refused a student Visa in 2017.
2. You submitted an express entry application recently and did not mention your refusal.
There's no ambiguity here, this is misrepresentation of facts.
While submitting your profile and application one of the statutory questions is:
Has ***** you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
If you have answered "NO" to this question this will be considered misrepresentation of facts by IRCC and considering the severity you may be eligible for a ban of 5 years from applying for a PR.
Only solution I can think of is attempt to withdraw your application and contact an immigration lawyer ("lawyer" not "agent")

A prior visa refusal has no impact on your PR application, unless there was misrepresentation, inadmissibility on criminal or security grounds.
However, you will have to mention all prior refusals in your PR application.
The reason why visa refusals do not impact PR application is because the intent and criteria of each is different.
