My application for permanent residency through the Express Entry program has already been approved. I am just waiting for the Canada Visa Application Center in my country (Philippines) to send me back my passport with the PR Visa (counterfoil). My question is, will they be issuing the Certificate of Permanent Residence (COPR) together with my visa? I read from the CIC website that this document is required once you land in Canada. Thank you for your replies.

Yes, CoPR comes along with the stamped Passport.
 
How long is the validity of stamped visa after ppr? I need to submit my pp as well.

Usually Visa is valid for 1 year but you have to do the landing before the expiry of your medical
