Hi everyone,
I applied for PR under Quebec selection certificate program in Nov 2013. After wards, I moved to Alberta in May 2013 as I got 1 year job contract here, and I am still residing here. I am applying for the jobs in Quebec from last 5-6 months.
I submitted my medical results in Jan 2014. Now I received one mail from them about providing them letter of intent to stay in Quebec.
I will appreciate if anyone provide me some information about the letter. What things I can include in the letter. Do I need to get legal advice from a lawyer or I can myself write a letter and send them. Thanks
I believe they are referring to "Schedule 5: Declaration of Intent to Reside in Quebec - Economic Classes", which should be submitted with your PR application as a QSW. You can find it in this list of documents (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/quebec-apply-application.asp).
Good luck!
Thanks, I submitted that form in the beginning with my PR applications in Nov 2013. But they are again asking for that document as I am in Alberta since May 2014.
Oh then I'm afraid I don't know what they want. Maybe a letter re-affirming your intentions to move there and explaining that you're actively pursuing jobs there? Of course this is pure speculation; hopefully someone with experience can help you figure it out.
