PR travel document

Hi, in traveling back to Canada without PR card,. what are the chances being refuse in getting PR travel document?

So the card that you renewed 4/2019 you have either lost or left it in Canada when you travelled out ?

If you have met the residenecy obligation at the time you apply for a PRTD although nobody here can predict an outcome there should be no reason for a PRTD to not be issued. If you have failed the RO and not able to provide any justification then it is possible the process to revoke your PR status would be started and the PRTD refused.

Suggest maybe you look at the PRTD form on what information would be required for an application.
