Folks, my sister has just received the “Ready for Visa” letter (she had applied for Express Entry PR). She plans to submit her passport at the VFS global visa office in Paris to receive the PR visa. Has anyone done this in the Paris office recently? If not in Paris, then in another city? How long does it normally take to get back the passports? Thank you!
