I will be an international student in Canada soon (hopefully). I will study towards a Masters in Economics and I have been planning to apply a few universities mainly in Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary.
I was wondering if it's easier to get PR through the post graduate work permit ---> express entry if I decide to study in Toronto/ Calgary OR if PR will be easier if I study in Montreal hence getting the certificate of selection of Quebec under the Graduate program (which from my understanding, I don't need a job offer to stay - not sure if I am right?)
Anyways, if someone had experience through either program please let me know the process and processing times etc as I am really confused.
