Hi everyone,

I’m an October 2023 outland applicant, and my application was initially handled by the Sydney Visa Office (VO) before being transferred to the Manila VO.

Here’s a timeline of my application process so far:

March 18, 2024: All requirements were completed.
• April 4, 2024: Final Decision in Progress status was updated.
• April 29, 2024: COPR details were reflected.

Despite these updates, I have not yet received my Passport Request Letter email.
Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Adding the COPR details is an administrative step taken by IRCC and this doesn't mean processing has been fully finalized. It's quite normal for it to take a number of months after this to receive the passport request letter.

Some people are just impatient and just asks some real silly questions, these offices are dealing with millions and millions of applicants no one applicant is subjected to special or speedy treatment like people just need to read more and have mor patience.
