Need your advice. I am holding pr status and currently working outside of Canada. My passport is going to expire. Can I renew my Passport? Or pr card is tagged to passport number? If I renew my Passport, will I be able to enter canada?

It's not direclty tied to passport. It may help when next entering CAnada to have your old passport or at least a photocopy of it.
