Hi all , I am having the PR card valid till next september and I would like to apply for renewal but i do not meet the 760 days obligation since I lived most time out of canada .
I am currently in Canada will apply for card renewal and have to leave but will come back to live permanently in few months or max a year .
So my main question , if card renewal got refused can I still use the one with me to enter Canada before next next September So I will stay for 760 days and aply again
