Hello,

our pr card is up for renewal in less than 6 months.
can I apply for my kid ‘s pr card renewal along with mine in the same application or create a new profile?

Look up the application form if this is an option. You can renew it now if you want.

You need to apply separately but you can use your portal account to submit their applications.
I applied PR Renewal on Aug 9 for my family 2 Adult and 2 kids and I received my kids PR cards on Aug 21.
