Hi, please help with a case. Consider a scenario where ITA received during the draw score of 475, and IRCC rejecting the profile for invalid offer letter which is reducing point to 425.
During rejection, if the current draw score is less than 425, then by any chance will IRCC consider the profile since it has score more than the latest draw, or will simply reject it as it is not satisfying the draw score of the one during the original ITA was received.
If an officer recalculates a candidate's score and it is less than the score required when the original ITA was issued, the application will be rejected. The minimum score of the latest draw is not relevant.
Thank you. It would be great if you assist with other situation. My gcms notes says that, my offer letter is not accepted, and the recalculated the score to 425 where as the ITA received was 475.
My visa extension is in process, so will they accept if I update my profile with new offer letter at this time? It's been 6 months since I submitted application.

My job offer would be LMIA except. It is valid one. But the offer letter I have in my current profile has less than one year balance, which is why it is not accepted. But the new one I will be receiving in a month will have 2 years validity. My employer does extension for every 2 years.
