i created my express entry profile when i was in canada and had a valid workpermit. but after that my work permit expired and have to go back to my country. can i keep the same profile ? and what all changes should i make in my profile. Could anyone help

I don’t know. It is your profile. You don’t have to do anything but if you have changes in work experience, education, language results etc. the update it.

I would say the minimum you have to do is
1) Update your current address
2) End date of the Canada job the day you left
2) add your new experience in your home country
3) Add the right proof funds as you do not have Canada job as proof

The others you have to go field by field and check it is your profile
