Hi all,

my Aunt Permanent Residency processing is going on as she is an outland applicant, PNP Ontario.
She also has student VISA and want to study in Quebec.
Will her PR application be effected by studying PhD in Quebec?
 
Yes - it could. If she's studying in Quebec, it's possible Ontario could refuse her and say that it doesn't appear she has plans to reside in Ontario.
