PR process with employer specific LMIA

Hey,

I am currently working in Ontario on closed LMIA based WP from last year and it's a NOC B level job. My job title is Administrative Officer and basically, it's two year contract. Now, M looking for starting my PR process.
Can anybody suggest the best way to apply?
Is it possible on behalf of existing LMIA or should I have to get a new one?
