I'm in a situation where I have to Provide CIC with a document so I wanted use that IRCC Web Form. I'm applying from Poland and I was wondering if that means that I have to send it to IRCC in Warsaw (Poland) or which form should I use? I applied through Express Entry
The person on the other side can figure it out which application number it has to link it to. So whether you are from Poland or any other country, doesn't matter that much.

Can I sand it to both and explain the situation? I just don't want to loose time and I know that the main IRCC that you sent the link to sometimes takes a few days to react and sometimes they don't even send anything back so you don't know what's going on.
