My Daughter born outside canada and luckily she got TRP(Temporary resident permit). I brought her on this and applied for sponsorship app to Mississ...
Mississua..., sent app to Vegerville by their own and Vegerville sent to Vancouver H&C and Vancouver sent me back for objection of fees.
Because i submitted application for sponsorship so i submitted 150$ fee and H&C application is 550.
I called multiple times to Call center, however they don't know exact process if child is born outside canada and now in canada on TRP.
When i sent letter to Vancouver and ask them why application is processed as H&C. They said in my case(When child is already here on TRP), H&C is the only process.
I have 2 questions
1-)Is this the only way or any other way exists?
2-)Any body have this information that, even in H&C child case can be considered on priority or same time of at least 2 years?
