Hi, I am hoping someone will be able to help me.
I am renewing my PR on the PR portal, page 1 Q 1.4 asks the date you became PR so I entered the date as per my PR card 2019,03,22, on page 5 Q5.5 Time Spent Outside Canada has my PR date grayed out and I am unable to change this date it's showing 2019,04,22. so of course I am unable to submit my application due to the 2 dates not matching?

Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?
 
Are you using Safari web browser by any chance? I had multiple issues with mine, so I switched to FireFox and then everything worked properly.
