PR Portal Photo upload help

hi, I was trying to put my PR card application via PR portal but facing some issues and need help on that

1. For the front photo upload the add/edit button is disabled and i am unable to click on it to upload?
2. For the back side of the photo, i client on upload and select, the photos shows in the preview but the upload button is still active, is it normal?
3. Can i restart a new PR application, the portal does not allow me as it says i already have a PR card application initiated.

If the back side of photo is there in preview , it is uploaded. Upload button is active , it is normal. dont need to restart application

yes it workied for me.. i filled up the application form and when i saved it the photo upload button was enabled.
