Hi everyone,
I’m having some issues login into the PR Portal using the password they created for me. The error feedback I get is that I entered an ‘incorrect email and password combination’.
I have sent a complaint to the dedicated email they provided for technical issues like this, but no response from them.
i need to log in so I can confirm my PR.
I received the password last month on the 16th.
I have sent in a web form , but the agent doesn’t seem to understand.
