Hi. I received an email on September 28 asking to reply with my and my dependant's name, UCI, email, date of entry, location of entry, and to say whether I was in Canada. I replied the same day and got an automated response:

This email address is dedicated solely to clients invited by IRCC to use the Permanent Residence (PR) Portal in order to be confirmed as permanent residents. You must be invited by IRCC in order to have an account created in the PR Portal.

The first email said that after I replied with the information requested, I would receive another email with login details to the PR portal in order to submit my picture and confirm I was in Canada. However, it's already been a week, and haven't received anything. Up to how long could this wait? I have seen a lot of people say they got their login details within a few days or even the same day.

so, i am confused. Did you receive the portal 2 email that comes with account and temperated password yet?

I didn't. the email I received was automated. This is what it said:
