Today I noticed that the return reason changed from "photos are missing" to "Incomplete application". The status is still "submitted" and the view button is greyed out. We originally applied December 7th and resubmitted on January 24th.
Is this just a glitch? Should I take any action or just wait it out?

Hi - i got the same return reason today but the view button is greyed out… do you think your call prompted your file to be corrected or that its a system glitch and it’ll correct itself eventually?.. not sure if i should call or just wait it out…

Nope no updates yet.. but someone that had submitted feb 1st received her card friday while the portal still says incomplete application!… sooo im just waiting it out and hoping one day it just shows up in my mailbox

Hi, may I know when did you apply for your PR renewal? and have you received your card?
I applied on Feb 26, and it still shows "incomplete application", but the view button is greyed out.
