PR Portal Email

Hello everyone, I just got off the phone with IRCC, and apparently, my portal email was sent to me on the 12th of April, but I never received it. We confirmed my email, and I checked my spam. There is nothing there. The agent over the phone said all I can do is wait. Has anyone been in this situation before, if so, what did you do?

My Primary VO is Sydney and Secondary is Montreal

If they said they sent it and you never received it, you'll have to ask them to send it again. They usually re-send it within a week or two.

I found their emails and emailed them. Got a response with portal 2 details the next day. I got eCopr three days later.
