Please I need an on my passport picture. I requested for a stamp from the photographer, he did it and I posted it to my wife is Canada but when she received she saw that the stamp at the back of the photo seems smeared ( didn’t dry enough and seems cleaning).
Please do I need to take another photo and mail to her again or it can be acceptable?
