I have to apply for all of these, its going to be a while before i get all the paper work for the Rehabilitation.
My visa expires on 14th March.
Could i apply anyway for the OWP, and the Rehab, PR, and do the medicals later because by the time they get to process, the police clearance and the medical will be out of date.
Could i just apply for the Rehab now, and the extension, and then go for the PR when i get deemed rehabilitated?
Have you consulted with an immigration attorney yet? I don't think you should apply for an OWP by itself - it should be part of an application for a Temporary Resident Permit, which is what they give you when you are inadmissible to Canada but there are sufficient H&C grounds to allow you to stay. If you apply for an OWP outright, it will be refused and it's going to set you on the wrong footing for everything else you need to accomplish.
As far as the medical - I don't know if that's required as part of the TRP process because I'd already had an immigration medical exam done when I was documented on a TRP. Seriously, you need to consult with a good lawyer. If you're in Ontario, I can recommend one.
