Hi,
(on behalf of my family member)
i am currently working as a gas station supervisor (will be one year soon) and my clb general language test score is 6 . Wondering if i am eligible to apply for PR. i was checking for express entry CLB must be 7 or above. But, is there any other category to apply for PR with this test score?

Please advise.
