I currently live in Calgary. What are the landing options?

Since I have a US Visa, can I drive to the state and return for my landing without refusal letter?

Yes, you can. You will have to actually enter the USA if you are invoking the visa I believe, rather than obtaining the "administrative refusal" paper. It's up to you.

if you have visa you can drive to us border and stamp it and drive back to the canadian border for landing
