PR Landing Fees Receipt

I have paid my Right of Permanent Resident Fees(Landing Fees) for Canada.
On the receipt, it was asked to fill Payer information.
In fact, the fees was paid by my wife(sponsor).
Below are the fields to be filled:
Name
Client DOB
Client Identification
Address
Postal Code
Area Code
Telephone No

Can some please advise if these details are my details or the sponsor's details.
If these are sponsor's details, what to be filled for Client DOB and Client Identification fields as these belong to me I believe.

We did exactly as I think you're suggesting. I, as the "payer" and sponsor completed the form with MY information, EXCEPT for those two fields . . . Client ID and Client DOB.
