PR initial days count

Hey all,

I have recently been approved for my PR card and will land on June 15th.I currently work in the US(Seattle WA) for a large employer with offices in Canada .So I plan to ask my my employer for an intra company transfer around November 2018.
For the first 6 months I plan to visit Vancouver/Victoria on the weekends (2-3 hours away) and set up bank accounts/network/etc.I will leave Seattle Friday nights and come back Monday mornings.Would each weekend count as 2 days towards my PR RO?
After November 2018 I plan to move permanently .

Any day that you physically set foot in Canada, within the period 00:00 to 23:59, is counted as a qualifying day. Therefore, 4 days, not 2.

Yes. A word of friendly advice. Keep absolutely meticulous records of your border crossings. You may well need to prove them at some point in the future.

I made a soft landing on Aug 3rd 2015 and went back to US same day, I plain to make a permanent move on July 2nd 2018. I should be meeting the 2 years out of 5 clause if I stay until Aug 2nd 2020..correct ?

Also, since I went back the same day did not apply for a pr card. Which form should I use now to apply for a pr card...there seem to be 2 links in the cic website 1 https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...on-renew-replace-permanent-resident-card.html
