however i have just learnt i am pregnant.
what i want to know?
if i stay in Mauriitus and deliver the baby normally due date January 2013.........then what about the procedures for the baby to have PR and for me and my family to reenter canada....but the new bornbaby will have no PR.

Ur best option is to return here & deliver the baby in Canada. It saves u from lots of issues, time, efforts & money. Besides, the baby gets to be a Canadian@birth.
If u don't, and deliver overseas, one of u will have to "sponsor" the baby under FC stream. In which case the sponsoring parent must reside in Canada from the day of apps to it's completion. It takes around 6-8 months.
Note that, unless the baby is from a visa exempt nationality, s/he will not be able to enter Canada... TRVs r usually not handed to newborns.
