PR Family Sponsorship - Inland Canada - Year 2016 applicants status

Hi, I applied for an Inland PR application on May 2016. It looks like CIC started processing the application received on April 4, 2016. I have been asked to resend my Schedule A and I did it. Now I am thinking how soon I will receive my PR. Still I haven't receive the sponsorship approval itself. I am planning for a Europe trip on Sep/Oct 2017. I am worried to book my tickets as if I received my PR on July, then after PR landing I cannot travel anywhere outside Canada for 3 months. It looks like CIC is targeting to process 80% of the PR application applied before December 7, 2016. So I don't know whether I will get it this year or not as the normal processing time for who applied before Dec 7, 2016 is 26 months. Can anyone applied in the year 2016 guide me how soon CIC is processing the PR application. What are all the documents they are asking to resend? What are all the issues you are facing which is slowing down the process? It will be very helpful for me to plan my vacation accordingly.
